I have used Asia Typing for my wife's visa since 2008 and each time has been a seamless experience. With ever changing paramaters from the UAE Government, I have to rely on the team at Asia Typing to give me the latest information.

Their communication was clear and concise with no hidden surprises and what I was told on the initial call was solid all the way through to the visa being approved.

Thank you to the entire team, I sincerely appreciate all your help and support. It has, as always, been a pleasure dealing with you.

If they were the last typing center left in the country, I would still recommend that you DO NOT opt for their services.

I was in touch with a person named Muneer last month. He made my sponsor file opening application on day one after receiving the money and went AWOL. The application was returned for modification, but he did not attend to it.

Finally, after so many calls and messages for a couple of days, someone named Nishaal (his communication was so bad I am still not sure if I got his name right) picked up the call and said Muneer is unavailable and he would try looking into the case.

This is the 16th day I am writing this review, and I am still waiting to hear from Muneer. Coordinating with the other guy is next to impossible. He sends one WhatsApp voice message every 2-3 days, acting as if he is doing me a favor. In order to avoid further conflict, I simply requested a refund for the remaining services that have not been started yet (Visa, EID, and Medical), but he would also not do that. It has been a week now.

I am sure at this point, these guys do not care about customers and how they delay refunds; they do not fear the law either. I have no choice left but to make a police complaint and hope that will resolve this.

You DO NOT want to work with such unprofessional people. They have undoubtedly given me the worst experience in the UAE.

PS I regret I had to give them one star for posting this review because they do not deserve that as well.

Worst typing center ever! DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM.They don’t provide complete information on visa services and then refuse to provide service after taking the money. DO NOT TRUST THEM, they gave us false information which costed us more money other then what we already paid them in advance. They still haven’t refunded us money for which they have NOT provided service it has been over a month.

Staff is nice and polite..... I am a regular customer and will most likely come back in the future for the same work if needed because things move quickly.....

Not trustworthy, they made a simple visa process complicated due to lack of communication and doesn’t acknowledge the mistake either.

Work is perfect. Taken job has been completed. Knowledgeable.

Problem is customer interaction. Also need to remind them for the requested service.

We are the customer and we pay for their services. So it's their responsibility to take care of it. However this is carried on in every typing center in fujairah I have visited.

Hello sir . My name is Vivek Guleria I am from india. In 2014 due to my unfit medical reports, I couldn't get my residence visa and sent back to India. Now I was applying for visa so administrative rejection was coming. May I know what does it mean and how to clear out this problem. I am medical fit now.

Great and very convenient service! They accompany you from the first second until your passport is in the mail. I highly recommend Asia Typing Fujairah!
