First of all, this google map location is wrong. Autostrad rent a car is behind Ajmal perfumes. ‘Fast’ rent a car is now ‘Autostrad’. This is my first time UAE rent a car experience and I must say this is so far the best rent a car provider I have dealt with. All thanks to Mr. Basheer who is very helpful and much informative in the full process. Credit card is necessary here to avail service. They have wide variety of cars including sedans, compact SUV’s etc.. Luckily we got a new car less than 1000kms run. Rate is comparatively high I suppose but in terms of service and professionalism we can go ahead with Autostrad.

One of the structured and strict rent a car service in fujairha area..you will get all type of cars like mistubish,nissan type vehicles here..rate is little bit higher compared to all other car service here..the process and documentation is harder over here..

Ordered a taxi day before, was told no problem, taxi arrives 10 minutes late. Dispatcher told me that I shouldn't have been told yes because I live 20 minutes away literally have taxis come to collect me from Aberdeen without issue, dispatcher customer service shocking won't be using them again. Driver was great did his best to get me to the airport.

Took a taxi 2 weeks ago and the driver was great, no issues with him (he wasn't employed by Westhill Taxis, so no credit to them for that). He then emailed me a receipt which I found out ONLY says a payment has been made to someone called X. NO details on showing this is a Taxi receipt etc. The poorest receipt I had ever seen. Not surprisingly my company questioned that "piece of paper". I was offshore and called Westhill Taxi to request a proper receipt. A woman picked up and after I provided her with all details of dates etc, said "you need to call again and speak with the director to check whether you're a real person who has used our taxi. Our receipts have no issues". That was an absolute unnecessary insult. She could simply say: "you need to speak with the director who has access to the details". Only dishonest people immediately assume that other people are trying to cheat too.

Anyway, I sent the "so-called" receipt to them and the director wasn't bothered with any of my points on the original receipt and their insulting behaviour and just sent a scan of a taxi receipt (receiving a proper receipt is also minimum service and I give them no credit for that). This is a problem with some successful businesses and they think they have enough customers and they can treat people as they wish and if someone is not happy with it, let him be. Anyway I've now found a very nice taxi driver and will never use Westhill taxis again. Let pay money to nice people.

This company provided me with an excellent service, taking me to and from the vaccination centre and waited over 1 1/2 hours until I had be3n vaccinated. Due to the length of time, the young driver was so concerned, he contact d the security to ask if I was okay and everything had gone well.

I was so touched by the concern he had shown. The fare charged included all the travelling and the waiting time. I would highly recommend Westhill Taxis for their superb service and care of their customers.

I have used Westhill taxis on a few occasions now and I’ve found them always to be reliable and competitive, so that’s great a taxi that turns up when they say they will and a price that’s fair, BUT when it comes to customer service, I left my phone in the back of the cab ????????u200d♂️ I called the driver who had the phone and dropped it off the following day, live saver!
Honest guys and really helpful! Keep up the good work, thank you ????

I want to express my thanks to the driver from Westhill Taxis who very kindly took my aunt home this morning from Aldi's in Westhill after she had taken a funny turn whilst out shopping. He very kindly drove her home and would not accept payment for doing so. I am very grateful that there are still such kind people around.
