Very slow cashiers, very rude customer service, the credit card machine is bad and always cause problems with phone payments, today they wanted me to pay twice because the machine was stuck although i got payment confirmation on my phone. After a long argument i told them that you may take my id copy and my phone number but also they didn't leave me to go without another payment then i left the things on the cash and left the place. This is absolutely unethical and unprofessional because they embarrassed me in front of all customers.

Viva all stuff are same like rude. Please tell to be good with customer. Specially right now the Pakistani one stuff . When someone ask something they answer like we want money from him and his the owner of viva . He have remember the he is a stuff . That's it's

I ordered in talabat 4 sacks of 5kg jasmine rice and i did not recieve the exact item that i ordered and 2 of them are missing! they should’ve not send orders in talabat if the item is not available at the store or better contact the costumers before sending the order so that they are informed and can cancel the order! I will not make talabat order again in Viva supermarket here in Fujairah! Quality is good but the Service is ????????????????

The ladies in the counter does not know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to deal with the machine when there is an issue so we have to wait for a long time for me. I left the item without buying it and left.

These guys have about 2 people working in the entire supermarket and should not be on Talabat offering home delivery. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
