Word of warning ! DONT RENT WITH THESE THIEFS , They gave me apartment that is completely broken and it has AC issues and electricity/water leaking problems, There is no cleaning service in this tower and AC system is entire ruined , AC leaking dust and dirt that comes from upper tower due technical failure that haven't got fixed yet since almost 1 year ! , after 4 months I was demanding refund from their office but they refused to refund , They told me rudely leave the tower we are not responsible about u at all .... This tower is Ruined Dont rent here because they are thief!!! ....

Things were good when we first rented this apartment 2021. But now the building is full of MOLD and everyone should know that this is really bad for health and could cause serious illnesses.

There is mold and ants inside the flat
There is no noise cancellation. I couldn't sleep because of noise from the neighbour next to me.. I complained to the management but they didn't respond

Rent is 30 to 32,000 per year, but building management services are not worth 3 AED also.
Never take noise complaints seriously. Not had a sound sleep in the last 3 months because of the noise the upstairs neighbors make. But building management didn't care to fix it. 6 months more in this apartment, can't wait to leave it.

Worst Tower in Fujairah , Maintenance team are worst , And entire AC system in this building is ruined .

Great place to get away from it all. The shop is a bit of a general store for the island. It also stocks gifts and info about the island

Not open all day however it is just the booking office for the MS Oldenburg and the trips to Lundy.
