Very polite and helpful. Was used to take 2 of my clients out for an hour who don’t get to go out all too often. They both have learning disabilities along with a few other health conditions and one is in a wheelchair and never leaves the house. Was very patient with both as they are anxious about being outside took them for a drive around Southampton and got them out the taxi for a bit too. Was on time and extremely helpful. Will certainly continue ti use his services to get my clients out and about more. Most definitely recommend for anyone who is wheelchair bound.

Freedom cabs are amazing. Atul is so kind, understanding and goes above and beyond for all of his clients. Nothing is too much trouble and he provides the personal touch for every journey. I look forward to every journey. Atul takes me to and from work. Without his wheelchair accessible taxi company I would simply be unable to work. Atul provides a vital service. Atul is highly experienced working with people with disabilities and this shines through in the service provided. He respects his clients and adapts to our individual needs. He is approachable and flexible. As a wheelchair user, it's so rare to find a taxi company who make you feel comfortable and confident with each journey. Atul provides a very efficient and reliable service, and is a gem with regards wheelchair transportation & kind patience with less mobile customers. He keeps in touch with advanced bookings, reconfirms arrangements & knows the easiest accessible places for drop off & pick ups. Faultless service. Thank you!

If you are needing a taxi as a disabled person this is the best company for that. Atul is very kind and accommodating and couldn't do enough for me. He was lovely to talk to during the trip and makes you feel at ease. The car has lots of space for luggage and good space for your wheelchair and room to move so you are comfy. The prices are also very reasonable. I will 100% be using this company in the future for all my trips out.

Atul collected myself and my mum who is not mobile in an adapted vehicle for wheelchair users. He was very courteous and friendly and made my mum feel very safe and secure during the drop off and collection charging very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend Freedom cabs and would definitely use again. Kathy

Wheelchair accessible taxi from Southampton airport to Banbury at 8pm. With only 6 hours notice meeting a late plane from Guernsey. Cheerful, reliable, attentive, experienced; this taxi service fulfilled ever expectation. Thank you.
