I would of given 5 but it seems the driver allowed the wrong person to steal my taxi and I was in a hurry to get back home, I understand people do this but the driver should ask the name, I got a notification on my phone, I was only sat on the benches waiting I looked up and my taxi is sailing off, but they did send me another one quickly ish, only thing I was paranoid then pulling every taxi asking my name as It was urgent that i got home.

I asked taxi for 17,25 and 10 minutes later no taxi at all, they said 2min away, I lose my appointment with my kid under the rain. Horrible way to talk to people stay far from this enterprise, don't care about customers needs

Pickup from Manchester Airport was very good by this taxi firm.
The cars are spacious, very clean and comfortable.
They observe safety and still observe the Coronavirus rules.
Very helpful and friendly.
Took My trolley all the way to the taxi which had to be parked in the airport pickup car park.
Nothing was too much trouble for the taxi driver. He spoke great English and conversation was lively arriving home safe and sound.
They drive carefully and observed all traffic rules on the M62 and urban areas.
Reasonable price too.
Thank you.

B&B helped me get home at the end of my night out when I had lost my money. The driver made sure I got home safe no questions asked without a fair. The office put me back in touch with the driver so I could repay him for his troubles

Atrocious service. Waiting 30
Minutes for a taxi in the freezing cold with a 4 year old. Every time I rang asking for an estimated arrival time we were told ‘just a few minutes’.
Shocking, will not use these taxis again.

I ordered a taxi from these people about two weeks ago now. It was ordered at 8pm and I was told it would be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes in the cold and wet and no cab I called back. I was told my taxi hadn't even been ordered. When I asked why? I got told by the guy on the desk who was extremely rude that he'd heard me telling whoever I was with how long the taxi would be and he'd taken that to mean I was complaining about the estimated time of arrival and he had decided not to put the booking through. I was so angry and I haven't ordered a cab from this firm since.

This people drive not a car they drive airplane on the road so be careful with this people and I when i made complaints on there taxi base the guy who spoke to me very rude . This is no even the 1 star if even o i can recommend 0
