Not even 1star for this hotel worst experience ever had, No ac in this entire building I believe.i changed room after first day and they said another room is good and ac working very well. But it's worst njn a fan is running no cooling at all.

It is the worst hotel in fujairah and unclean and the room and the bed towel and blanket very bad bad smell and unclean. Need to change the supervisors and the staffs
Even night time the hotel can not be for the family as all bad behaviors and attitude from the night clubs

It doesn't deserve any starts the service very poor no towels, slippers, toothbrush I called many times before they give towels, beddings still have hairs so I don't know if they change it they are rude TV not working, there's no kettle in the room they doesn't clean the room coz there's cigarette butts and ashes in the window very poor service worst experience....!!!

Last night we stayed in this hotel, the room was not nice according to rate, and the worst part there was too much noise in the adjacent room all night till morning, nd the room was full of cockroaches, no cleanliness nd the reception person in the night shift was full of attitude. Worst experience

Suprise???? very very bad experince.
Checked in around 1:30am.
Insect seen in room.
No service no laundry very late response on service call.
I don't understand why they taking service charges?
After this incident, morning tried to contact reception and asked the person name, he is not ready to mention his name and said will provide service and hang up the phone without listening further necessary requirement.
Will never visit this hotel again.
Very bad experience.

Very bad hotel. When you will enter it, you will start to regret your choice. The price they offer rooms, better options are available in Fujairah. Try Fortis hotel its far more better with same price tag. The clubs in the hotel premises are very local quality. The Management is also very rude. The term hospitality is not to be seen at SHH Hotel. Worst part is no concrete parking for the hotel either. The massage palors are very unhygienic, just like rest of the hotel. No room service for clean bedsheets. Bathrooms are also very dirty. Try to avoid it at maximum.

Not recommended, old mattresses seems there are bedbugs on it, the bedding are not properly fixed, the bathroom they are not cleaning the shower area it was decaying, the toilet bowl I have to clean myself to use it. The wall needs a new paint. Front desk is luck of customer
service.
