Picked up on time and dropped of on time. I have used this service before and experience has been great. Rez was friendly and courteous. No complaints whatsoever with the service

The lady who was driving she was nice towards us. And taxi arrived in time. They to me it may take 6 minutes but within 3 minutes taxi arrives. Really happy with that.

Prefer to use door2door as they are more reliable, had many lovely drivers that aren’t afraid to have a friendly conversation, only ever had a problem once or twice due to confusion of road names but it’s been quickly resolved. will continue to use this service

I pre-booked a taxi 10 hours in advance for a 10pm pick up. When it got to 10pm the taxi didn’t arrive so I queried this with the taxi firm. Despite booking a taxi 10 hours earlier they couldn’t guarantee me when I would be picked up and could only tell me they would do it when a taxi was in the area. This effectively left me in limbo not knowing if or when I would be picked up at all. In the end it was 45 minutes late and the driver was apologetic.
Please don’t accept and dupe customers into thinking that they will be picked up at an agreed time. This isn’t a safe travel option for vulnerable people.

Reliable and fast, when I was stuck at work with no way of getting home they was always free with a car only minutes out and got me home easy to be able to pick my daughter up from babysitter not once but several times they have helped when I’ve needed assistance the most… never told them why I’ve needed a taxi just booked like normal thank you for a fast response and always being available to this that need your services… your a credit to the private hire and deserve you place as a taxi company

I have lived in the area 4 years and first time using a taxi service. I have to say your drivers are polite, friendly and chatter boxes which I love nothing worse than a taxi ride in silence. Keep up the great service

Always lovely drivers, I use this service a lot for nursery and work runs and have done for over a year. Always polite on the phone , rarely have issues with time keeping. Wouldn’t use any other company.

The taxi, a comfortable vehicle in good order, arrived promptly. The driver was very friendly. Sadly shortly after starting the journey the car had a puncture which the driver efficiently rectified and did his bets to make up time. A satisfactory experience so I gave him a good tip!
