Furthermore, the bathroom bidet is stuck.
I won’t mind all of that, but calling reception and saying these are small problems, that’s really unprofessional.
Not recommended, for the same amount of money you can get higher value and much better service.
If it wasn’t a one night, I would have taken another hotel for sure.

Trying to hide these facts by changing the lobby and making it modern, but when you enter the room you get surprised. Be aware for cockroaches and spiders. And note they do not refund. I wouldn’t recommend any human to stay their.
Very bad attitude from Aboud khoory “the sales manager”, when he’s supposed to sort thing out and find solutions as a leader, he tries avoiding problems.

Just an amazing woman to have as a host.. whatever I needed she was ready to help in the most relaxed and service driven manner.
I even got a fruit basket as a welcome present. You need information about the best places to visit.. ask Hajar.
This Hotel is absolutely a hotel that has quality. But its made that way by the people Who work there... They make things possible. Thnx so Much Hajar.
The swimmingpool was great by the way. I enjoyed a good deep tissue massage at the hotel spa and the sauna after.
If you want to have a relaxed moment later in the evening... there is a sisha lounge/café on the second floor. Very nice setting and fun to be at. If you're a sportsfan... the screens broadcast sports while you chill in a comfortable seat.
Again thnx for the nice stay.. especially Hajar.

All in All, I can`t thank you Ms Hajar (the Best supervisor) more for making my 4-day stay amazing and for your help starting from check-in to hospitality and daily following up. Your smile and friendly welcoming were more than a message that I`m in the right place to accomplish my job and enjoy the trip.

' The matrix and bellows' were uncomfortable.
room service were co-operative but the curtains and carpet were full to dust which triggered my allergy !
Moreover, Food in 3rd floor restaurant was literally BAD and disappointing !
