Doctor is highly knowledgable and very comforting. Masseur is well experienced. Treatment is good and people are well mannered.
Ambiance is good and facility is very neat and clean.
The only problem I faced was long duration of the session. Spending 2 hours after a long day at office for 7 consecutive days is tiring and people dont have this kind of time nowadays

It's very spacious environment, neat and clean. Also will get proper guidance from Doctor. Very helpful and customer friendly relationship by employees. Earlier I have severe back pain , now feeling good and healthy

My experience with Elements Ayurveda Centre is really excellent. Expert diagnosis and skilled Therapist. Its healing my knee and joint aches. Timely sessions, follow ups and over all pocket friendly treatment.

Very good service. Approach for treatment quite soft and professional.
The level of medicine much better then general approach! If you would like to be a health person start your life with Ayurveda

Not only the best place for meatballs but there are plenty more healthy and tasty options. Don't forget your family card that will give you discount against certain dishes and during weekday also free coffee.

The restaurant in the Southampton branch is on the top floor with the waterside view to the Solent. The restaurant also offers a good view of the cruise liners on the days when they are docked.

IKEA restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a small selection of hot food along with some cold.

For the prices you pay, you cannot complain.

We have visited on several occasion but unfortunately our last visit wasn’t great. The restaurant was under refurbishment so had very limited offerings. Whilst this is understandable the website didn’t mention it when I check for opening times before visiting.

On the whole you can’t go wrong if you want some reasonably priced warm food ????

Super food, Swedish excellence on display. Bacon roll followed by meatballs and a Daim cake and minimal damage to the wallet. Busy but for the right reasons. Well done IKEA and Ingvar Kamprad. ????

Fantastic food!! Amazing atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff! Great place for children and delicious tasting food!! Would come again rate it 10/10

A "reduced" menu due to upgrades. Can cook sausage, bacon etc. But can't do a breakfast haha. Farcical.

Great plant balls, free coffee midweek. The restaurant has views over the harbour of liners etc. Great deals.
