I had a very nice experience on my two visits here. Went to deliver my passports for stamping and the staff were very pleasant. In fact on my second visit their system was down but their staff Mr. Nadeem and Ali went out of their routine and accepted my passports and later on forwarded me the AWB once their system was up. Rare to see such customer friendly organisations these days. Keep it up!!!

The worst company for delivery. They will never call the customer and they simply return the shipment. Very lazy and not responsible staff. It happened to me many times even when I complain to the call center next day they will close the complaint without any action ????????

As any other Government agency. They’re incompetent. They will call you as early as 7:30 in the morning. You’ll call the number back, but it says the number is not in use. Then they will mark your package return to sender. But don’t blame them. Blame the idiot who sends mail post through government agencies not knowing everyone working there is lazy.

They just return back your shipments without calling you. 2 of my shipment have been returned. And not a single call from them.
