Very very poor service, i paid for new connection 1st of September and today 6th till now no one coming to turn on the power and water, even i tried to talk to online customer service, to complain they are saying within 5 days they will reply to the complaint, so need to stay without power and water for 5 more days, and after need to complaint again, what a wonderful service. i feel that's not a customer service, protecting fewa staff service, if i can buy power from someone else i will not wait for FEWA.

The lady in the reception who come in the second shift( i guess )thank you so much for your help and assistant sorry it slipped my mind to asked your name ,the staffs who helped me in my refund processed they are very helpful ,i had problem to get refund for my deposit because my emirates id was expired, the staffs of Fewa fujairah understood my situation and took prompt action to helped me thank you so much MsHessa ,five stars are not enough to rate your service and empathy towards your customer kept it up and all the best????????????
