Very good work shop, skillful and helpful staff. Can handle most common and simple repairs however they don’t stock all types of parts and tires. Better call them beforehand to check for availability of parts.

The Philippino guy was a decent guy
He couldn't fix the issue as he didn't have spare part so didn't ask me for any money cuz couldn't complete the job

Staff were so switched on to my needs, they went far beyond my expectations. Professional, friendly and nothing was over looked. They even stored my phone number so when I called to return the van they knew who was calling. Van was clean and tidy. I would give them 6 out of 5 for customer service!

Customer service from start to finish was fantastic. In fact, it was so good I became worried it was a hoax and there would be nothing there to collect!! Cristina was so kind and helpful.
The van was new, clean and tidy; collection and return was incredibly straight forward and flexible timings were greatly appreciated.
I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for van rental in Southampton.

I needed to hire a van last minute and Christina was very helpful and managed to call me back when they had availability. The service was really good, the van was exactly what I needed and very easy to drive. The overall price was competitive and I ended paying less than what I would have elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the process and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to hire a van.

First time I have used Practical Rental and I found their service to be friendly and helpful. The rental cost was competitive and included a full day hire on a Saturday which was a bonus. I will use this company in the future.

Great service at an excellent price
I hired a van from Practical van hire Southampton. Cristina was very helpful and informative. The hire for 3 days was exactly what i required. The van fitted my requirements.
I would definitely use this service again in the future
