Nice small museum it covers well the history of Fujairah
Two big halls with other small halls, historical items well displayed in an old house if I am not wrong which is used now as museum
Entry is cheap 5 dirhams each so make sure you have change cause they don't use credit card

I really enjoyed this small museum in Fujairah, it shows the story of the emirate and some of the Emirati traditions that nowadays are getting lost. You can visit it in 30 minutes if you just walk by or a couple of hours if you read everything and enjoy like I did. The entrance is 5 dhs, totally worth it. Most curious things were some coins with president Nixon on them. It made me realize the role of USA in the development of the economy of Fujairah in those years and made me think about the relationships between the countries.

We stepped back in time to the traditions of the 16th century with the carefully recreated Arabian village which depicted the home life of the day, including cooking utensils, farming tools and the Al Yazrah irrigation system. After exploring we joined in the tradition of accepting fresh dates and tea. I don't usually like dates but these were delicious. Tea is not as we know it as it is made with cardamom and other herbs and spices and served in very tiny amounts. Worth a visit.

Its a small museum, but it exhibit and touches all most every historical area of Fujairah as well as UAE.. It will bring us to the 16th century.. They carefully and beautifully recreated an Arabian village including the dress and ornaments used during that time, their cooking utensils, major spices used, farming tools, fishing equipments, irrigation system etc.. Also the coins and gifts in olden times... The entrance fee is just AED 5 and its really worth of it..

Nothing wrong with the site itself or it's services.... A wee bit aged, but clean .

Build for trucks or adapted for it.

When you drive a small vehicle you need to have climbing qualities...
Apparently there is no way to get the barriers to open and get a acces ticket any other way !

Health and safety goes out of the window as you become a cliffhanger to obtain access
Some of my colleagues are ♿ ,
some are short but there's no safe way to gain access.
It'll be till someone ll break his neck ????,

Showers are clean, cafe staff friendly as always. Downside, too many Refrigerated units, so don't expect a good night's sleep! More often than not they are non stop all night! Should redirect them and park them a mile out to sea where they belong!! (obviously not the fault of motis) parking is split over 2 sides, would make sense to put refrigerated units on one side so other drivers can sleep. Just a suggestion! But other than that, it's OK.

Customs broker site with a truck parking in a very good location. If you're lucky enough, it's possible to stay at a place with an exciting view to the beach and La Manche.

Lots of attraction sites around to explore. About on hour and half to London on a train. So it's one of the best parkings to spend a weekend on.

The only thing that makes me a bit sad is grey clay dust. Looks like a feature of all Motis parkings, though ????

Just off the A20 roundabout signposted Freight Clearance. Very busy truckstop they do there best to accommodate all. Concreted yard bays marked out decent facilities covid aware rules and regulations enforced masks worn. Cafe good staff friendly and a good laugh good at what they do. Coffee and food good made welcome by staff but they were the same with other drivers which was nice to see. As I'm weekend this is a good place to stay. Dover is an enchanting place steeped in history.. I been there this weekend and they are maintaining the same high standards

Very good. Been few times, last time big fu...k up but not Motis fault. I was eventually explained 'why' but made few trips between port ant Motis first. Funny now but little frustrating then. Other times definitely 5stars, so, 5. And I hope it stays this way. Good work.

Thursday 23/02/2023, 20:20 - almost full. Ok parking because of great location, near ferry to France. I use this parking only for a 9h break and go, so I can't say much about anything else here.
