A fantastic holiday at a beautiful location. Our room was fine for what we needed and all the staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
The service was excellent and Ross was a great help to us beings dog whisperer, barman advisor and waiter. A great experience made better by many great evenings in the bar with other sociable and friendly guests. Absolutely loved it, we will definitely consider another visit????????????????????

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect gateway from London as this was our second visit. Our room had lovely view of loch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to very sunny and very warm at night we could have done with fan. We will return again.

Lovely place, we keep coming back. Had a few nights getting woken early doors as the central heating pump was broken and really noisy, but that got sorted. Lovely room. Lovely staff, lovely food and stunning views. We will be back again before to long.

Fantastic place , would definitely recommend it. We stayed in one of the lodges which had a lovely view of the loch. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

Stunning location on the Lochside. We stayed in one of the apartments facing the loch - incredible view. Plenty of space for the 2 of us and the apartment clean and in good order. Big comfy bed. Staff almost all very friendly (one man on reception was not!). They make great pizzas and the veg curry was excellent. All in all we had a great stay. Stayed twice before and will be back again I'm sure.....

We really enjoyed our stay but we found the sleigh bed a bit difficult to get out of and it made the room look small. Lovely decoration and lovely shower room. Great idea of en-suite light coming on and going off through the night. Great when you have to use the facility through the night. Very clean room.

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading mixed reviews but our stay exceeded expectations!
Lovely bright comfy room, fantastic view of Loch Awe from the terrace and conservatory where breakfast and dinner were served. Wide menu to suit all palates. Recommend the homemade curries and the baked seabass.
Efficient, friendly staff.
If you get chance to purchase the 4 night bnb deal...go for it!

Awesome location and fantastic staff dog friendly we had the small apartment was fantastic apart from bed and no small fridge. And fried breakfast was underwhelming for price as said don't cater for the younger generation more for retired to relax stay which is good in a way.
