Outstanding staff ! They welcome you with smile and care !! They tend to every order with charm !!! After handing over the order they even escort you to your car ! Never seen such staff at any fast food chain !!! EXCELLENT !!! whether from Nepal / India / Africa / Philippine, Hardee’s staff is brilliant

Food:
Simply amazing, although I find other competitors to be as good but cheaper (or serve larger meals for the same price).

Parkings:
Lots of free parkings available in front of the restaurant, the only time I didn't find a spot was during Eid, which is expected.

Service:
This is were they fail. I order ahead using the app. Three customers order after me through the counter, two of them were families (2-3 people). I get served at least 5 minutes after the 3 customers, they served 6 meals before giving me mine. I hadn't ordered something special, two wraps and a burger. This wasn't the issue, the problem is that when I asked about my order's status (hardee's app said it was ready), he asks for my order ID and then goes into the kitchen and never returns to me. I insisted I stand there until someone asks me if I needed anything, or until that employee, whom I asked earlier, would answer my earlier question. But that never happened. Now it was Eid, and restaurants are likely to be super busy, but if the employee simple told me, it needs 15 minutes, I would have given them 5 stars.

The burgers that already existed like grilled chicken, santa fita are really mouthwatering. But I would not recommend the new meal " Triple patty chicken tower" , cuz its for 36dhs and I would say the burger and the meal is not worth it at all

Sometimes, I really love to pass by this place to remember my childhood times...it used to be famous and one of the first burger shop opened in UAE (not this branch of course)...

Generally, taste of burgers are good...I am not a fan of bacon...it does change the sandwich/ burger taste.....

In general, it is good food if you are in a hurry.....

I do like other places that serve burgers but not in the same road

Very disappointed, staff behavior is very rude and arrogant, they give any respect to customer, not happy for their behavior, very sad experience

Front of house car parking and a tea room make for a relaxing stopover at this small rural life museum.. Run by friendly volunteers the cottage interior, school, blacksmith and weigh house exhibits give a glimpse of rural life in the 1600s. The toll charges exhibited are from one of the many toll gates which controlled access to the nearby market town of Cupar. The small holding cell and the chains set into the outside wall for the benefit of minor offenders seem strangely appropriate.

Just popped in for a latte to go. Very nice coffee with a selection of cakes on show. Lots of the usual cafe food available filled rolls etc. Indoor seating if the weather is bad and outdoor seating by the riverside if it's good. There is a Folk Museum here too, which gives a great insite into the lives of Fife people from the past. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented. The carpark opposite is free.

Popped in with my folks who are both Fifers through and through. Lovely little museum. It’s not massive but it is free and very interesting. Staff all volunteers. Cafe is very nice and dog friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our wee trip here.

Excellent folk museum with local history, a history of Fire services and an excellentcafe. Dress up area for firemans uniform and mock school classroom with books the over 60's might remember.

Loved our visit. Great displays, friendly firefighters discussing their passion. Loved the chona and the tobacco stamp quilt. Excellent local artist display. Great stop!

Didn't actually go into the museum this time, as we had arranged to meet at the café for a spot of lunch, freshly prepared food, catered for all tastes, fantastic location, easy parking and gentle slopes for anybody with mobility issues for the café, not sure about the museum as not on the flat

This was a delight Really enjoyed the art exhibit and the fireman's display. People were so very kind. A great place to visit and support!
