As a Man United fan, it was odd visiting the Emirates stadium, but we have to recognize other clubs, so what the heck.

Enjoyed the visit and bought a few souvenirs to take back home.

A very nice team store unfortunately the stock was very limited. They only had 3XL in the home kit and none of the black kit. Traveled from America looking forward to get this years kit. Was also looking for a kit for nephew and they didn’t have anything for him either. Hopefully the team can figure out the inventory issues.

Something wrong with their sizes, I tried the polo shirt and tshirts with my size i always wear from different brands (large size) but they don’t fit Even the next bigger one, they are tight, I thought they are slim fit sizes but they weren’t, I asked them and they agree. The cashiers are so friendly and helpful. I was disappointed when I didn’t take shirts. Note: I didn’t try the jerseys.

This rating onl1y reflects my last visit I'm a long standing season ticket holder today I popped in prior to kick off to enquire about exchanging an item I purchased on Arsenal Direct and was passed to a supposed manager a female who was rude abrupt to the point of rudeness and lacked any customer service skills and near on just kept repeating online online line at me like I knew what this meant she shouldn't be working in the front customer facing areas horrific experience shocking
