Good stock but hopelessly understaffed. Spent 10 minutes trying to find someone to get trainer from stock room. When they eventually brought it they disappeared again immediately and then had to search for another 5 mins to find someone to get next size up. Eventually got to till. Long queue and one person on till. Persisted as needed the trainers for today but won't be going back for any purchase that requires assistance I'm afraid (aka more expensive items nb Sports Direct management!)

Decent selection but the staff are rude and very unhelpful. Needs good management desperately.

Great goods. But the people who are working aren’t helpful. I was gonna spend around 1000 on shoes today, ended up going to JD afterwards.

Nice shop with a good selection of goods on offer at extremely good prices.
However the staff numbers are low and you rarely find anybody free or eager to help.
Fantastic carpark facilities.

Most staff are rude and unpleasant and are more interested being on their mobile phones than helping customers. don’t ever buy anything from them unless you try it on in the store, because you won’t get a money refund

So far my best store in London with lots of fashion items options at great prices.

Not my favourite shopping choice as I find the store overwhelming with clothing and accessories jam packed, difficult to view and no clear aisles, making it hard to navigate the store. Some items are so high up, it is impossible to reach and often there is no staff member to ask for assistance. The same goes for the shoes, where you have to wait ages to get the size you require from the store room.

If you do find something, it is often at a good price but you feel like you have been on a real mission to get it. I only go here if I have not found what I want elsewhere, which is a shame because there are some good items to be had, if you can be bothered to really hunt through it all.

No sales assistants available to help me,I had to wait for ages before a girl could tell me the shoes weren’t available.definitely no recommended it.
