A bit run down and tired, the few staff around I don't think wanted to be there, I don't blame them. Don't get me wrong, it's probably a different place when football is on, but for corporate events during the week... I don't like to be negative but, no thanks.

The team go out of their way to help and support you in all your needs.

Attended for my Grandad's 90th birthday. We were well looked after by the staff and had a good time.

Been to covid vaccine at Kass. Queue for an hour in rain for a booked appointment
1505 and not jabbed until 1615, Poor experience

I went for my vaccine and I cannot fault them. The staff are all friendly and very efficient. The place is super clean. If you are debating whether or not to go to the Kassam for your injection, I would highly recommend them

Daughters pre wedding party. Yes the place is spacious, the suites, the kitchen and the parking.
But dealing with this events team that look after the organising and ensuring the event is stress free was ABSOLUTELY SHAMBLES !!!!! They are in urgent need of event planning training plus a good days lesson on communication skills and what it takes to be polite to their clients. Not one moment did we as the clients feel welcome at this place and the service and courteous provided by its staff was very very poor.

We definitely will not be ever using this place again and I would seriously advise people to seriously keep away if they want to work with a team that will help you during your event instead of giving you tireless hassle and trouble from start to finish.

A big thank you for all NHS staff & volunteers. I took my mum for spring booster really well run everyone extremely lovely.
