The staff are not nice at all very rude and unprofessional and also very snotty I go there because I live close and it’s convenient for me to shop there but I always feel uncomfortable and it’s not the right way to make your customers feel
I’m not the only one that feels that way I have spoken to a lot of people in Darwen and even single one felt exactly the same as I do…. This is something the manager has to change it’s been going on for years and when Covid was around in the beginning they were even worse or shall I say obnoxious?!

I don't go all the time but pop in for certain things that the budget stores don't do. A couple of examples are very nice quality coffee big bags good value for money, same goes for spices. I also get big bags of frozen mixed berries for my overnight oats again best value ones in Darwen area. They actually taste like fruit.

Store’s going through refresh. The closed 2nd exit to restrict shoplifters is understandable, but not signposted as closed.
Was able to buy what I needed today, so that’s a good start in a price sensitive area.

Value for money. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Would not shop anywhere else.

Picked up a click and collected, and it was very quickly done. I asked at the till if it was available on Easter Monday. A member of staff heard, he came and scanned the barcode on my phone and it arrived before I had finished paying at the till.

Terrible staff, just not friendly at all. Everytime i go to the lottery counter, the girls are always just talking to someone, and you can be stood there being ignored. The place is great, just not the staff. Needs a manager that can sort these staff members out.

Don't like the new layout. Fruit in fridges? Someone brand goods no longer being sold which are cheaper and usually very good. Really disappointed
