Unfortunately my experience was extremely unpleasant for my manicure and pedicure. I had to tell them to remove the gel they put on my nails. The electric tool used for the heels in pedicure is not used in high end saloons. It hurts the skin. I eventually paid but I informed the owner who was present with my observations and she simply said i was the first one to give such an observation. I only said that the techniques may be revised. I showed her my nails and said if this what it looks like after removing the gel? She simply said “i don’t know what to tell you.” In fact the last time i did gel for my nails was in Jan-2020! My hands nails were strong and healthy until today!
My honest advice for this saloon. Is to take clients input seriously.
I understand it is Eid time, but even for the timing , we booked for 2 pm and they confirmed with us 5 times since this morning. When we arrived at 1:57pm we still waited and the owner said “even if your appointment is at 2 you will need to wait it is Eid Time!” Wow then no need for booking and confirming!
My nails are ruined for today unfortunately.
I hope they improve their service and respect to clients time.

Nail polish used seems old. I had to change the colour due to colour inconsistency. Even the top coat used seems old. It created small bumps on the nail polish.

Hairdresser Janet is really good. She's my hairstylist since she came to Fujairah.Anywhere or wherever she goes, I will definitely go to her only for my haircut. Keep up the good work Janet.I highly recommended her to all ladies who wants an extraordinary hairstyle/haircut. The salon is excellent with friendly employees.

A really good place, very clean and nice, high quality service. Went there while on holiday and I am very happy with the result. Got a gel pedicure. Highly recommended.

To enjoy a wonderful salon like experience at home this is the parlour you have to make a call or visit and they were real professionals with all the necessary items in hand to provide whatever service you ask for . Thoroughly enjoyed the service provided by the saloon. .I highly recommend ladies
