the behaviour of reception gyz is too weird
I was looking for room for my family,
I asked how much is the rent for one day, one of them replied 450, I asked online I am seeing around 180-230 he said better book online, then one guy typed somthing on keyboard, and both started laughing,???? and than gave the key so I can check, and told me sir if you don't like the room don't use it, and don't make dirty, does it makes any sense?? anyways I checked the room it was already dirty,
not recommend at all

I came here as an onsigner crew on one of the offshore companies in khorfakkan and this is their hotel choice. A good hotel, happened to check in with 3 bedrooms. There's no food service inside but the receptionist can help you where to go, with pwd ramp although so steep and climbing-up is a bit challenging without assistance. There are 2 elevators working which leads you to your rooms.Different nationals came in here and usually noisy during the night due to some drinking bars open at night just beside the hotel.

My best experience in UAE. Known by all stars, Brad Pitt and Spielberg were in the hotel during the same time. I didn’t expect that I will be allowed to fish in the aquarium of the reception. There is also hammock in the room and you can see the sea from the balcony. Definitely, best place ever.

dirtiest hotel i've ever seen!
need full maintenance aside from bad smell, leaks all over the wall and ceiling from washroom upstairs, everytime someone used flush/washroom upstairs the sound of water is unstoppable till last drop of water (like something will fall from our ceiling, a ceiling with makeshift cover), noisy surroundings, tv not working, no kettle, no hanger, fridge not working, a dirty carpet, dirty washroom and full of stains like black molds all over the basin and shower area. liar, physically unpresentable, annoying and so irritating receptionist, unprofessional staffs and very misleading location and way too hard to find, miss a turn and u will need to take a u-turn for almost 20km! google maps also misleading!

No sense of hospitality. Very bad property and there were insects everywhere. There is no proper hospitality management but only a couple of individuals running this place. I had to check out the next day to find another hotel. Booked for two nights but had to check out after one night. No refund was issued despite of my reasonable complaint. Really bad experience.

Good hotel clean room and friendly staff but out side the town you will use taxi alout if you don't have a car in front of the Marine and next to the free zone. And there's many restaurants near you

"thank you for staying on the line" this has beend said like 5 times..... why? because the customer service i spoke with know NOTHING on my enquiry.... i ask for the email address where i should addressed my question and i can't understand his english... i ask him to spell and his reply to me was "sorry, the system is having problem please stay on the line" YOU WILL JUST SPELL THE EMAIL ADDRESS TO ME!

Amazing natural location, luxury and cheapest hotel of the region. I strongly recommend it for your next trip. Plus the fishes at the reception are beautiful !
