No complains about the food, awesome as always.

Was treated very well by professional staff named Preet, corporate should look into her profile and give her a raise or something.

She was doing wonderful job on a busy day which happens to be Eid day.

But branch manager, not sure what the name was.... He was super pathetic, He was on front counter troubling Ms Preet. She was in middle of doing her job and handling customers but the manager has no regard and was being very rude to her own staff, his attitude made Ms preet teary eyed.

Her tears really made me upset.

She deserves better and this branch manager is not fit for the role.

I hope this comment get seen by competent authority at Pizza hut.

I am a regular consumer of pizza hut, however, my recent visit to their Fujairah branch was quite disappointing. My issue was not food or service it was like usual good but it's about how staff are treated.

It was an Eid day so understandably it was very busy, what was shocking was there was only one staff who was multi-tasking serving, and taking orders, it was quite evident staff was overwhelmed to the point that the staff was crying, which was very humane as it was a tough condition they were working on, what surprised me, shocked me to my core was staff was not spared few minutes to have a moment to collect herself. The whole scenario ruined our mood, and I felt guilty sitting and eating in such a place where the staff was in bad condition, it spoiled our mood.

However, I would like to admire and praise the professionalism of the staff, and the way she was still working hard and trying to be pleasant even though she was at her lowest. I am not sure who is at fault is it a manager or was it shortage of staff, but something was very wrong, which needs to be thoroughly checked, no conscious customer would like to be served where you get the feeling staff are not treated properly, the whole scenario will make us think twice before we ever step into any pizza hut store.

We went with family & friends on 14 th April for dinner , it was well served by Miss Amina . Pizza Hut should feel proud for having such valuable human asset in form of serving staff .

So many time I order but same problem I'm facing everyday they're asking the location again and again and they are not saving them my number and they are taking half an hour to the intercall and my hope pizza also is not hot I will never order again

Not happy with food I order chicken pizza and French fries I don't see any chicken pieces there is hardly three four pieces and French fries omg how to describe it the size of potato was veryy big like how we cooked at home and not crunchy at all... Waste of money????????????????????????

Good staff service . Dine in area is bit small . But they give best pizza in the town .

Customer service is not up to the standard, very disgusting and same as the pizza as there is no proper topping especially on weekends when they have too many customers
