I left my wallet at this store - they kept it safe for me having realised about 5 hours after leaving the store. the 2 gentlemen and 1 lady who was on duty Tues 25th October afternoon should be highly praised for their honesty & trustworthy.

Today I was at this branch trying to order something, stuff was so rude and are not welcoming at all.. Specially the lady called Fola, she was shouting at me.. It was the worst experience and the worst service I’ve ever got in any of subway brunches.. I hope they got trained and learn how to deal with costumers.

I always avoid to visit that branch because of the current staff are rude and instead i go to Hamad Bin Abdulla Road branch as they are helpful and friendly,, but today I decided to go to eppco station branch and guess what ? At 7:55pm 7/6/2021 a frown rude women worker lack for smiles and her attitude is 0 i dunno how SW company approved her on the interview and instead they should employ staff who really love their job
And this is my last visit ever until they improve and prepare those staff

One person called fola was really bad with me and she was shouting at me , she didn’t help me with the order and she complained to help me i hope she learn how to deal with customers.
