This place is having so many options to choose, it was difficult to choose few items to carry ????. Recommended to everyone, especially if you’re a Harry potters friend like my daughter there are plenty to select ????. Helpful staff

Lovely little souvenir and gift shop. Visited a couple of times whilst in Fort William. Lots of little trinkets to choose from and at a good price. Stood and had a long chat with the lovely lady that works in there. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a momento for Scotland, Fort William or Ben Nevis.

Lovely polite girl served me. I bought a low end rod and reel so I could go mackerel bashing. I would definitely go back to this shop. Nice shop, nice experience and I caught mackerel.

They don’t do fishing permits!
The two rivers/clubs I was going to fish claim, just last week, I can get permits from the shop. One was £75 a day minimum 2days and the other was £15 a day.
Both club info was via the web, plus I’d suggest you update your info indicating you don’t do permits.

Having searched for a fixed handle knife over the previous week and struggled, we jumped at the opportunity to purchase one from this shop although it not being exactly what we were looking for. Only to walk down the road and by chance find the exact mora knife we were looking for. (Easier to use and maintain). Not thinking it would be an issue to return the knife purchased previously from this shop.

Despite the fact we had our eye on a few other bits in the shop to purchase at the time, we approached the girl at the counter to begin processing the refund. The girl was extremely helpful but needed to phone the shop owner to assist with the refund.

Unfortunately the owner turned out tonot only be naive to the fact we were customers looking to purchase more, yet extremely rude and argumentative over refunding a product that was relatively cheap. Un-opened.

We did in the end receive the refund (less 10%), but due to the way we were dealt with decided against making any further purchases and left promptly, feeling sorry for the girl behind the counter.

Ended up charging my debit card twice because "something went wrong with the terminal"... -_-' Be careful...

In reply to your answer; I can read a bank statement. €3,12 twice paid to ERIC H WALLACE FORT WILLIAM GBR. And I ended up paying cash. So I’ve paid €9,36 for a bloody fridge magnet

Bought a low end fishing rod, from here. Not had to feed the family the whole trip. Was catching trout in minutes. Top fishing gear !!
