Waited for almost half an hour. No direct route into town. Round single track routes through University. Poor service . No wonder carpark empty. We were not in a hurry. really but wouldn't want to be trying to get to work. What are they thinking. Shocking that priority is not given to getting into city centre so connections can be made. Would definitely take care into town next time. Defeating the purpose.

Very poor service waiting for the number 20 which didn't turn up so it will be 1hr before it turns up again not happy!!!
