Itis very nice it is really really clean but the problem is that the place is very noisy

Just paid £4.65 for the worst cheese and ham toaster I've ever bought. Wish I could add a picture. It's cheap nasty shoulder ham and not even enough to cover the base of the panini. There's not much cheese either and it is very bland. How places like this can get away with charging top prices for poor quality food is beyond me? All I know is that I can see why they had no customers at their counter. As much as I hat e a multiple I really wish I'd joined the masses and queued for costa.

I just had the worst coffe in my live. The coffee that they serve not even taste like coffee. If u like drink milk and wather thats the perfect place to go. Customer service was very poor, and that place it's very very dirty. They need to do proper cleaning and the staff need proper training. Very disappointed and not recommended.
