Car park fee is £10, toilet fee 40p, make sure you have coins. Gate closes at 5:30pm.
There are a few spaces to park for free ahead of this one, but we got there at 11.30am and it was full.
Last few miles of road are single lane, narrow and bendy. Every 50m or so, there are small passing refuges, enough for one car, so be prepared to reverse.
To waterfall is close, 20 min up. We also went up the hills and walked around for about 4h.
Scenery is great, if you don't mind high car park fee

This is the car park for the waterfall. We were greeted by a friendly, smiling man - I guess you’d be smiling too if you were getting £5 from every car that passed! Unfortunately the car park closes at 5pm making it not so useful for hiking in the Berwyns. Also, the tea rooms and toilets are only for people using the car-park “due to COVID”.
Much better, if you want to save a fiver an go for a longer walk rather than just follow the tourist path to the falls, is to try and get a parking spot just down the road where there are a few places on the tarmac and a few on a rocky pull-in. Don’t park in a passing place by mistake though!
And please be aware that this area is at the end of a long and narrow single-track road. If you are not confident of squeezing past other cars, reversing down a narrow bendy road to get to a passing place, or doing a tight three-point turn, best to give this one a miss.

Mixed thoughts about this, the waterfall and surroundings are amazing however this comes with a big but.
Getting there is a mission it's a single track and real narrow roads with some passing points so if you value your cars paintwork and body don't bother.
Carparking is £5 on the ANPR system so make sure you get your reg right.
The carpark is tight and narrow and no one is telling people where to park so it's a bit of a free for all.
At the time of writing this the toilets you had to pay and that's 40p a person so take change!
The"cafe" it's a converted front room with decor to match, the food is pretty expensive and slow to serve so take a pack lunch.
The routes are not suitable for wheelchairs and prams and they are quite treacherous so make sure you wear the right footware or you will regret it. The water itself can be seen from a bridge this gets crowded with people and people littered in the waterfall looking for that ultimate profile picture that they will have up for a week putting their safety at risk. The routes can be walked in an hour or 2 so don't expect to be there for a long time. So my advice is go out of season, during the week and take sandwiches, drinks and some change.

Total rip off. Landowner has installed an ANPR system run by Parking Eye Ltd. Possibly because he got tired walking around the car park. There is no place to turn around at the entrance as there are cars parked there hence there is no option but to go into the car park past the ANPR. The notice at entrance states blue badge disabled drivers will have to pay the full parking fee. This basically says disabled people can park there. WRONG! We went there on August bank holiday 2022. There are no disabled parking spaces, the parking surface is uneven rocks and shale and the tearooms website actually says there is no wheelchair access. The overspill car park was a part shale meadow packed full of cars with an uneven grass surface and kids running around playing football and families picnicking where they could find space. Totally unsuitable for a disabled person. Also apparently there are no disabled toilets, the normal ones are filthy (see other reviews) and you pay 40p via a turnstile. My advice stay away or if you are fit use lay-by lower down. We left after driving around for 6 mins without finding suitable parking and now the owner is trying to screw us for £100 via Parking Eye Ltd. This is going to court and a formal letter is going to tourism Wales. Beware.

We had a hellish experience with this place yesterday. We hiked to the waterfall from the village (2 hours walking) and wanted to use their toilets. It was an emergency. We had a disabled friend with us who had IBS and a 3 year old child who wanted to go to the loo. The guy in charge refused to let us even go through the gates and said because we didn’t bring our car here he cannot let us use toilets!
We explained that we didn’t have a car and even said we would be happy to pay the £5 parking fee, or even twice that just to use the toilets since it was an emergency, but he just refused to give us any service with no good reason! I’m still shocked by this behaviour!

Whoever said that the road leading to the carpark is difficult, probably won his driving licence from a pack of crisp ???? and never seen a difficult one.
Tip for experienced hikers: this place is FULL of Sunday tourists in white trainers but they are mainly only around waterfall, leaving mess.

No signs about charges to car park on entry. Just a greedy land owner walking around charging what he wanted. When we said to turn around and park at the free parking area just a walk away, he threatened us by saying that we would get a £70 fine. When I complained about the steep £5 and the threat, he had a right go at me. Truly soured the visit. What a nasty, nasty con man. We were only there for 1 hr tops. Do not visit unless you plan to walk for more than 5 hours. Bring your own food also. Please do not give business to this kind of greed. Visit Cymru should do something about people like him. Every one has a right to visit a beauty spot whether they have £5 or not and there is no other way in but by car or a 12 mile walk to Llangynog and back. Sign of cost should be posted at the start of the long, single track road, and again at entry.

The car park owner is just after money. Charges for car parking by making it seem like it’s an official car park. Then charges for toilets on top but provides no loo roll. Park in the free car parks less than 100 yards down the lane. Avoid this place.

The tea room/ b&b stank and the lady at the counter was rude to say the least.
