This is the worst by far a place to send your kid to. They shouldn't call themselves educational institution.
My experience is horrible. They have 0 communication with me as a parent. So careless about the wellbeing of the kids. They gave my child food that she was allergic to (even though I was continuously warning not to give my child anything without my permission, that sent her to hospital for a week, thank God she is fine now.
The teacher of the class is so rude and she constantly shouting on the kids. The kids are terrified when they see her. She calls my child naughty and hit her in different occasions (I knew this from my child and I immediately stopped sending her to the nursery).
From the first day I registered, they were a disrespectful attitude from the arabic teacher and I complained to the management but didn't seem they cared enough to do anything about it. What was I expecting from them after this incident! I regret all the days that we had to deal with such people. They they the most expensive nursery and they claim to be the best, yet they don't even know how to treat children.
Don't send your child there and don't get fooled by the nice buildings and neat outdoor area. The staff are the worst including the management.
