Would love to give 0 stars if possible.
We walked 1.5 miles from the wedding venue, half way to the hotel and the taxi was 30 mins late.
Told us they were filling up with petrol but the guy arrived with a near empty gauge.
Offered us a £2 discount from £18 for a 1.5 mile journey.
Would highly advise looking wherever you can elsewhere if possible. Driver was incredibly rude when picked up, guy at HQ was embarrassing throughout.

Only used this two times and its awful. First time, the cab was half an hour late.

Second time, I assumed it would be late and booked it 15 minutes earlier than needed 6 hours in advance. First, the pickup location was wrong and they cancelled the cab altogether instead of changing it. Next, the cab I re-ordered after finding this out never showed up and when one finally did, it was after I'd been waiting for almost an hour!

Could have walked the 2.3 miles in the same time I waited. As an added bonus, the car had no card machine so I had to waste even more time getting money from a cash point.

Ordered a taxi to collect our daughter from work as we were away. Got quoted £11.50 as we booked it and then when the driver arrived to pick my daughter up he charged her £22.50. When we asked the question why they decided to rip a 16 year old child off then……..nothing. Stay well clear of this company absolute crooks.

Booked a taxi in advance, got told it was on its way. I called to check where it was because it was 10 minutes late and the driver decided he didn’t want to make the journey so I am now left with no way to work. Absolutely disgraceful and will not be using this service again.

Taxi was 55 minutes late. Everytime we phoned up we kept being told the driver was on their way. No apology given.

So i ordered a taxi at 7.45 they said they would be 15 min i gave them a call at 8 then they turn around and say the drivers in Whitwell he’ll be 15 min so i was like well great so my nan was pee’d right of because she missed bingo so thanks alot !!

Me and my boyfriend tried to order a taxi which was refused at first! The lady on the phone was vulgar, extremely rude. She had no information and couldn't explain anything. In addition, she started calling us names and blaspheming on the phone! This site is a complete failure. Never again!

Booked a taxi this morning for 9:15 for work. The taxi was 30 minutes late and all the time I kept calling to follow up on the taxi, not a single person apologised for the delay. Sorry but I was incredibly disappointed with their service.
