I wish I can give them less than a star, I asked if they can do Daman insurance for my employee and they said they can, this was in mid of February and until this date they didn’t finish it or even have enough efforts to follow it up “I had to follow up the process online on daily basis!!”. Also they charged me 760 for this and Daman only costs is 630, and when I asked why they charged me 130, he said it’s for “Typing charge and courier”, he didn’t even put payment details in the invoice he only wrote it as Daman policy and then the total charge, I wish he explained about the office charges or at least mention it in the invoice.
This is the last time I deal with them.
