I had a technical issue at ICP mobile application. I have visited the office now three times, my problem is still not solved. It is a ki d if IT system infrastructure problem and i am still trying to solve it. Dear Captains in the office were very supportive and helpful and very polite. I will again visit them and will seek their help . Ball these feedbacks are just to assist the office and upper organization to improve their service and their technical infrastructure. I hope that these comments will be useful.????????????

I can honestly say I have only good things to say about the Fujairah Immigration Office! The staff were excellent, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us! Truly five stars.

Today I visited Fujairah immigration office regarding my child visa issue The staff has excellent behavior. One officer told me to sit on Sofa and taken my application. Then he went to different sections of office to solve my problem.
It is amazing experience to interact such a friendly and professional staff.
The office Incharge (مدیر) was dealing with smile.

I got to one of the many Typing Centres, just across the road from the main Immigration building, for just after 7:30am.
In about 30 minutes all the typing was done and paid for in cash. I then just had to go to the Immigration building to get the new VISA stamped in my daughter’s passport (this was without having to go back to the Typing Centre to get a final document to then take back to the Immigration building for the VISA stamping, like I was originally told at the Typing Centre when I paid).
So all in all I was done with everything and ready to leave in under one hour.
So quick, so efficient and friendly staff at all offices.
I recommend to get there at 7:30am, as this is when most of the Typing Centres and the main Immigration building opens.
Also, it was cheaper than I expected for the VISA stamp and Emirates ID Card application.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Had my kids Visa done (from start to finish) in 3.5 hours. I left with the visa in their passports. Total cost with all the typing etc ... AED3,000 for two. Amazing service, very kind and helpful. I recommend getting there at 7am, go to Al Shayma Typing office (Anees), get all prepared, get into the Immigration department when it opens at 7.30m and you are good to go. Was offered home made arabic coffee by the Immigration Manager while he finished my passports. Love it. Efficient, friendly and professional.

Lovely place to work! Bit cold in the winter though - you'll need your big coat on! Friendly and helpful staff! :-)

the crossing at that point is a joke. stays shut for nigh on 10 mins while you wait for one train to pass
