Good coffee at Tim Horton Fujairah City Center

That indian guy who take order is beyond negative and rude. I asked him that i have TH app and want to redeem a free drink, he ignored it and punched the order and later on forced me to pay without redeeming the free drink and showed me rude behavior. I would say TH should look into it and if your staff dont want to work then better dont hire them.

I had a very good experience in March when Bishal (from Nepal) was making my early morning “double double” coffee, it tasted great and the same as the one i used to have in Canada… so the extra star for Bishal…
unfortunately, he moved to another location and we are back to the same issue of different taste every time; darker, lighter, sour …etc
Come on people!!

Very rude staff. Sorry to say this. But yes, very rude. I didnt even finish my coffee and they asked my family and I to leave. We ordered 5 drinks and sat at a joined table. Later the Waiter comes and asked us how long will we stay there because other people are waiting. Some guys were there before us and when I asked why they weren't asked to leave, he said because they are regular customers. That's not at all fair. If theres a time limit to how long a person should sit there then it should be for all and maybe put up a sign that says dine in 15 mins only. I'm very upset about this behaviour. Very sad that people at Fujairah would treat people like. Discrimination at its finest. ???? 03/May/2022

In the spirit of being Canadian, they have the best service. Forget food, that's never the reason why you go to a coffee shop like this, but the service and to just let you chill.. this is the best place. Service is truly heartwarming.

Today me and my family went to Tim Hortons and ordered couple drinks while chilling the waiter asked Us to leave becoz we were staying too long while others were here before us but he didn't ask them to leave ABSOLUTELY Disgusted by the service and we asked him why just us he said these are regular Customers...WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS TOO but seems like we will never be here again ever we didn't even finish our drinks we just left .......
