I was very disappointed with my experience at Vox Cinemas in Fujairah. The queues were long and slow, the staff were impolite and unhelpful “Matt” which is supposedly their supervisor.

The overall experience was just not enjoyable. I arrived at the cinema 20 minutes before my movie was due to start, and the queue to buy tickets was already long. I sometimes wonder why the order process management at VOX is extremely poor & never improving, it’s such a shame that It took me 19 minutes at 11:15PM to get to the front of the queue…

Video and soud quality ???? good .... But if you what good experience for visibility take ticket to premium... Normal(stated) ticket seats ???? are not conformable for visibility and good experience ????... or ur can take seat for side positions better visibility

Four screens to choose from, the Gold screen is all worth your money. A total VIP experience at an affordable price. The staff is really helpful, will guide you only the best. Regular chocolate combo with spicy Cheetos popcorn is my favourite on their menu.

This place offers great theater experience without compromising in the safety and health of the movie lovers during COVID.
The staffs are so welcoming. The premise is very neat and clean.
Vox follows strict rules in maintaining social distance, also insist to wear mask while watching.
Me and Friend went for a film on 2nd December on National Day. Each were gifted by a ticket voucher by the manager, which may be a small gesture for others, but it was really a good memory for us (none has gifted me anything other than this ????).
On 19th February 2022, we again visited here to watch a Malayalam movie. The employees never fails to support as usual.

All up to standard. Although I am not regular visitor of cinema, I wish to suggest that it would be better if the lights form "exit sign" (near the screen) should be blocked toward screen to improve brightness of screen at its edges.

While I was watching the movie, there were annoying children, I did not enjoy watching, knowing that the movie was PG13, and the disturbance was from children under 13

Staff always friendly and helpful. Place is clean and they deal with nosy teenagers in the screens very well.
