Cruise parking. Service excellent. Parking 5mins from P&O. Arrival checking easy. Transfer in clean modern minibus. Driver helpful, loaded heavy bags for us. Transfer swift and to right place. Collection equally efficient and back to car quick. The car park is acceptable and secure looking. Staff 10/10, drivers 10/10, service 10/10. Would I use them again, YES.

Be using these for a year or so, all the staff from when you phone up to book your parking, to the guy's you meet at the car park, and the bus driver's are of a high standard and very polite it's the only parking I will use in Southampton.

Do not park here if you value your car. Small spaces so they can cram in more vehicles. Came back after a cruise with a big scratch down one side. They don’t want to know. Also they could really do with more drivers or bigger vehicles as we were waiting around for ages. Really expensive for sub par service.

Efficient booking of economical parking, discovered its opposite the football stadium and sandwiched either side of a quarry. A person's case fell out of the mini bus as door opened. Needed water over windows & jet spray to avoid scratches, remove awkward dust from hugely piled up aggregate there. Heavy stationary traffic Saturdays..

No address or postcode on email, the post code we checked took us to a field, the only clue we had on the email was saying it is next to the football ground, we looked this postcode up and managed to find it. Parked in a carpark next to the football ground. Taken in a minibus to cruise ship. We arrived back and went to collect where our car was parked, where the driver said they would be. It was approximately a10 minute journey. We showed the driver the email with no details and the fact the postcode took us to a field which was not on their website.

On 7/1/18 I had a bad experience at AIRLYNX CRUISE PARKING now opposite St Mary’s stadium.
When I collected my white car after four days away, the windscreen was covered in ice after low overnight temperatures. I sprayed it with de-icer and used my wipers.
Once into bright sunlight I saw numerous long scratch marks on the windscreen. The whole of my car was covered in fine gritty sand. The screen needs to be replaced and my excess is £90. My car needed extensive cleaning.
My dash cam shows a tall conveyor belt machine operating in the adjacent premises to the parking area. The premises are Cemex sand, gravel and cement works.
Nick Plowright CEO of Airlynx phoned me and said this “happens from time to time” and staff usually hose down the affected cars. He said he would sort it out. Two days later he replied that their insurance will only consider claims if reported BEFORE leaving the car park! He offered free parking to the value of the excess BUT I WILL NEVER PARK THERE AGAIN.
