I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the significant delay in the delivery of my express sea cargo. The agreed timeline for the shipment was 25 days, but it is now overdue by 5 weeks, and the shipment remains stuck in customs at India for over 4 weeks. This level of delay is unacceptable, and I am highly disappointed by the lack of proactive communication and efforts from your team in resolving the situation.

When I chose your company for this shipment, I had high expectations of prompt and efficient service. However, the current circumstances have made it clear that the service provided is not worth the amount I paid. The lack of engagement and initiative from your team in pushing or contacting customs to address this delay is deeply concerning.

I am extremely happy with the prompt service provided by ABC Cargo. Irfan from your team has been exceptional in helping me at every point and in making quick arrangements for parcel pickup. He also informed me time to time about the updates regarding the package. I will choose ABC Cargo once again when I'll have to make any international delivery.

Im very satisfied with the service ABC cargo has provided along with being very efficient. They're highly qualified and experienced staff made it very easy for me. Especially Mr Irfan who assisted me with my cargo concern, now i hope my cargo reaches quickly to its destination. I would definitely recommend it to my all friends.

We had a mega breakfast here. Food was excellent, the service was super fast, staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The décor was good and the place was clean. There is limited parking outside.

I was lucky enough to stop here 2 weeks ago for a full English … well I must say I’m a big lad with a good appetite but these portions were very generous & I struggled to Finnish everything on my plate .
The service and quality was first class.
And the place was spotless & from what I had seen good hygiene practices .
Highly recommend that you visit this cafe , it won’t disappoint you.

Fast service and served by friendly staff. All the choices are available from a cafe. Very reasonable prices. Nice coffee and a sausage sandwich!!

Extremely unhappy with this place. Food mediocre and treat their staff, which are young girls, like slaves. Should be ashamed of themselves. A wood at all costs!!

Absolutely worth a bite, first time here and very well presented menus service and quality of food. Free parking outside . Highly recommend this place if your in the area. Well priced too.
