Almost they will deduct all your deposit amount. I stayed in a studio flat for 4.5years.They didn't do any painting or any maintenance. Now while vacating they're charging 200aed for painting and tap not good(it's working fine actually) like that they are saying some silly reasons and deducting most of our deposit amount.

Absolutely Disgusting Management !

Managers are just for name sake absolutely no professionalism (especially Egyptian guy) doesn’t knows how to handle complaints, doesn’t have hold over sales & marketing team. sales & marketing team doesn’t respond or revert back on time. Each sales & marketing individual tell different rules, regulations, policies and requirements for a tenancy contract.

I have been in touch with sales & marking team member since last 20-25 days in search of a flat. Visited all their buildings thrice to find a suitable flat which coincidently we found as well on our third visit and immediately went to their office to book it.
We were told by their sales staff (Ms Noor) that until old tenants doesn’t clear their dues they won’t be able to take booking amount from us and when we visited their office again today they have booked the flat for some other client despite the old tenants haven’t settled their dues yet.

Looks like that Egyptian Manager is renting out flats based on biased decision or with some monetary beneficial decisions.

These guys have wasted our efforts of 25days searching & selecting a flat.

Hope the locals sitting in management will notice it and will atleast push their managers to train their staff before dealing with people or will assist untrained or new staff in every new customer dealing.

I have a bad experience with them ,actually with one Egyptian person they told me he is the incharge, I think his name Omar or Amro not helpful at all and his way of communication is so poor .
I advise to hire people with good smile,humble and knows the meaning of effective communication
If any one want to rante will change his mind because of his way
