Over crowded and definitely needs expansion , with 5 customers in it you feel you can’t walk around specially with the shop staff keeps roaming around
Into the plus side
Friendly staff, fresh and wide variety of vegetables and groceries beside the butcher section which I tried once and never again .
The price is reasonable and competitive except for certain seasonal fruits which you can find only in these kind of supermarkets and that is heavily overpriced sometimes
I have been shopping there for vegetables and fruits only for the last 4 years and would continue till I find a comparable place that has all the products I like
The grocery price is higher than major hyper market so I don’t shop there for grocery or meat
Their shop in Dubai is bigger and cleaner but doesn’t have all the products you find in Sharjah though the Sharjah one is smaller

this place is absolute garbage the bread is expired by the first day
poor customer service and its asking a lot for a place that sells near expiry items plus if you want a delivery you have to wait 3 plus years and also half the time the cashier sees you but ends up doing something completely else such as talking on their phone anyways this place is a very bad place if you actually want something worth your money.

The place offers a variety of Lebanese fruits and veggies, though quite pricy!
The place is over-crowded with stuff and needs a serious of organisation. There is a lot of room for improvement; mainly employees' training and cleanliness.

Ordered Fresh almonds. Received some old worm-eaten ones. Asked for exchange with a freshly opened bag, but received the same. Finally got a refund and must say not impressed how it was handled, since it took many calls and numerous attempts to explain to them how unhygienic and serious that is for public health. I was called "an upset customer",despite an objective explanation to the manager..LOL. Probably one person was polite and adequate in this whole process that took 4 hours to be over with.

Special place where you can find the natural taste of the fruits and vegetables, also the butcher has best australian beef! Highly recommended
