despite calling several times, none of them have answered my call.
what a complete nonsense from a service provider who claims their priority is to provide high quality customer service. The irony.

Just so you know, I called during business hours which is from 11am to 7pm on 17-07-2023 (Monday)

It’s a shame that they are authorised dealers for Apple. Called them over 25 times to get support and no one attends the call. I’ve had bad experience in past as well. Would recommended to go directly to to Apple Store, their support and customer service is best. Authorised dealers just by name not by service.

ABM care Sahara center has a very fast and outstanding service for Apple phones. Specially would like to mention Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Hasan for their promptness and excellent customer service. I rate them 5 out of 5 for their service and would recommend everyone to give them an opportunity to help you.

I was locked out of my apple phone for 4 days and spoke to 5 apple support staff it was a voice over activated issue that caused it,

Finally gave up and started searching for service center, abmcare was patient heard the whole issue and gave me multiple solutions,

Was quick n courteous and made sure everything was resolved before I stepped out.

Tariq from sahara center was exceptional n I recommend abm care service for apple issues to everyone

Excellent service. I brought my iPhone SE 3 in because the charging port stopped working. The service advisor was very professional and walked me through all the steps in the warranty claim process. He was also transparent on pricing regarding claims with Apple Care+. After about 3 days, they got back to me and informed me that I’ll be getting a new replacement phone for free since the issue was covered under Apple’s 1 year limited warranty. I’m very happy with the overall experience and definitely recommend them if you have any issues with Apple devices.

I bought apple watch se, it stopped working after warranty period. The only option they gave me is replacement with 90 days warranty, which is expensive than buying a new one.
The Google location was also inaccurate & difficult to find

Just visited today had my phone serviced in the sense the speakers were not loud and clear as it would be, they told truth about to only service the phone will fix the issue instead of changing speakers and having easy money.. highly recommended due to their truthfulness also they did the service for me for free as well

Tried calling them I have new iPhone taken from authorised dealer speaker not working they don’t care called them number of times for solution .. 4800 dirhams phone this is what you get .:

I had the best belly pork I've eaten in a very long time.
The place was busy but not packed in tight. There was plenty of elbow room. The waiting team were consiencered, friendly, and very hard working.
The selection of ales was limited to two, I think there should have been at least two more, but that is a small matter.
Overall, very, very good

Had my nieces birthday party here and was really well catered for with yummy buffet food. Service was great given that they had three large parties taking place at once.

Been here a few times for socialising but first Sunday lunch - was very tasty, lovely surroundings, staff very friendly. Beef and trimmings delicious. Parsnips bit hard but potatoes perfect. Very good cauliflower cheese. Peas and green beans probably frozen. But overall pleasant experience.

Had a meal here for Christmas 2022 and have also been here before.
Firstly it has a lovely aesthetic and very clean. Definitely designed as a higher class pub experience.
The staff were more than friendly and accommodating. 10/10 here.
Wide selection of drinks though in my opinion a little expensive but were very nice.
Food was nice for me and my partner but was a while to wait plus it varied in quality for the other party I was with.
This is because (in my opinion) the restaurant was at full up and extremely busy as usually the food is amazing.
Overall I had a wonderful time with excellent service and will definitely be back.
Well done to all the staff!

Tonight I with my wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren ,14 and 16 year old, as my grandchildren live in Scotland so obvious don't see them very often so I thought that we would go and have a nice meal all together. Arrived at 7pm and after the server taking drinks order and food we then waited nearly 2 hours for it to arrive.
I asked for a fork as used it for starters, the server forgot, my grandson got 1 from a near by table..my daughter asked for a drink, again the server forgot, it wasn't until she looked over ,nearly a hour later she suddenly remembered. I had what was called on the menu a ribeye steak it was like rubber and at no time did eich of the 2 server's come and ask how the meal was. I have just wasted £30 on a piece of meat that was like rubber, the only good part was the chunky chips and onion rings. The people, server's and 2 men behind the bar were more interested in cleaning down, never mind the guests. I would NOT go again as extremely disappointed and the bill !!!!! Very expensive for what we had

Fantastic lunch today..Starter's leek and potato soup was lovely. I had salmon. A friend had burgers which were lovely and the salad looked fab.

Very middle of the road breakfast. Everything on the plate was cold, stone cold beans and toast and the three plates all came separately with quite a delay in between, quite strange the place was empty except for one more table.

That being said, a lovely looking restaurant, just poor food.

I have been here a few times now and the food is beautiful. The staff are friendly and polite and the restaurant is very clean. Definitely will be booking in for another Sunday lunch in the near future
