One of the worst product return service and process.
Worst channel partners.
For past 3 days their courier partner is contacting without come to pick the items.
Will think twice before buying.

I have bad experience Sahara center Nike shop

Bought a defected nike shoes, went to the shop after, they documented it and sent a request to the main branch and still after 10 days didnt get any answer!
The seller stuck his hand into the shoes and felt the discomfort with his hand and still nothing!
Now i have to travel and i didnt get any response yet.

Whenever i call they tell me that i have to wait and i do not understand why don't have to wait for a defected shoes that supposed to be replaced on the spot.

Worst customer service ever!

Not recommended at all.

I just call the sahara mall department to ask for size on a shoe code the filipina lady hold me for 10 min. On the line cause I asked her to check which department the shoes are available.
she never replied, she was lost!
had to leave So she hung up!
Horrible service!

Fantastic service and staff at screwfix diss. Dean and his manager, Justine, apologies if I got the names wrong, could not do enough to help and were extremely knowledgeable.

Appalling staff. When asking to purchase a socket set for under £30, I was literally laughed at saying you can't get socket sets that cheap. Fortunately for me, Tool station sorted me out a little set for £5. I checked the website after and Screwfix definitely sold what I wanted for my price range, not sure if it was a terrible attempt at upselling or what, but I won't be returning.

If you order online they are always ready on arrival. Roadworks on Victoria road are currently a disaster for there business.
