The new self service rule is taking enormous time for attendants to explain the filling and payment procedure. Very bad move. It's just money making idea on expense of huge customer inconvenience

I ordered ice creams through talabat app and whilst we’re all in a pandemic already. Adnoc delivered expired products to me which I did not even order.
I ordered 6 vanilla chocolate flavored ice creams, I’m assuming being short on the products they added an expired item to my list and dropped at my door.
Such a shame.

staff name mr.ghous was so rude..he said bad words to me n other customer...

management should gv some training to staff..

machine for self was not working and nobody was around to help and attendant mr.ghous was very rude though i have emirates id wallet for adnoc they forced me to go for premium service..
