DO NOT USE....Shame I can't give less than 1 star.
I work at Iceland Supermarket and I called this company for an elderly disabled woman. The driver was rude and put the phone down on me when asked to pull down the left road of the store so a staff member could walk the lady and her shopping down (this information was giving to the station when cab was booked). I called the driver back and he put the phone down again and turned his phone off. I called the station who said the driver claimed to be waiting for 30mins and that to send him back would cost the lady £15 now instead of her £5 trip. When I did not agree to the new charge the station put the phone down on me too. I was so shocked by the poor service and rude attitudes.

Really poor service. Booked a taxi at 11.20am for a pick up at 1.45pm & then just before pick up time the driver rings to tell me about emissions charge. Then he didn't come & we had to call the office 3 or 4 times to find out when the driver was going to arrive. He then turned up 30 minutes late.

The male receptionist sounds like he's had a few too many drinks today! Very unreliable especially if you're relying on them.
