I went through new india insurance, it s good job they did like back to normal.. u can see below in pic. They they delivered on promise time. Good job guys ..

Worst service. I visited 5 times to collect car after confirming car is ready.

Finally took car back and gave after 2 week and stayed there for hour to finish pending work.

No coordination between supervisor and technician.

Not recommended for Insurance repair.

If you’ll be very unlucky like
Me you will be directed by your insurance to them and let tell you it took me 35 days to get my car back , you’ll be the one to advising them what to do as they don’t have any proper mechanic what they have is some labors experimenting with your car they called me after 12 days the car is ready and I can come and collect when I paid and took the car while being on the road rear car tyres are jumping means without even checking they given me the car while returning they want me to pay Aed 350 which I felt was intentional again took 10 days when I took can they they haven’t changed the wiper tank , paint job is worst , figment of parts just forget it and so many grease hands on your seats and interior , if you wanna die high blood pressure deal with em otherwise choices are open in market it was my worst experience their and never will risk to go their again , issues with them 1- cannot found issues 2- cannot sort it out 3- no follow up and courtesy 4- bad management and parts , service 5- most of time lies only 6- you will be stressed up just to get your car repaired bad bad experience

Our visit was a bitter sweet visit, as we attended the wake of a loved one there.
We had the bar to ourselves, the barmen was awesome and helped in every way.
Very clean and tidy establishment (some chairs need replacing) ;) but apart from that. Excellent.

We had my Dads 70th birthday here. Staff are friendly and helpful, space is large and clean, bar is well stocked with a good selection of drinks and the woman running the bar was so lovely. We would definitely hire this place again and next time we’re in the area would stop by for a drink in the bar. Very impressed.

A versatile facility with friendly staff. Good for parties, barbecues, parties, and pretty much any function. Decent amount of garden space to the side, and a bar if you want it.

The place is looking great after the building works. The new kitchen is a huge improvement on the old one. Don't expect to receive responses to booking enquiries via email or phone. You need to go there in person when the bar is open to get the attention of staff.
