I never imagined I'd review car park but this one is dreadful. Really expensive. Not secure as the pedestrian entrance lock is broken. Anyone can get in & take your car as it is a ticket free car park. Seriously, park elsewhere.

Used this carpark as it was close to the theatre and I had an elderly relative with me. Had to park on the top floor which does not have direct access to a lift. A person using a wheelchair arrived just after us and had to access the lift via the ramp down to the lower level. The stairwell was absolutely disgusting and smelled of stale urine. The ticket machine was not working when we returned from the show and there wasn't anyone to offer help. On top of that I was charged over £24 for a 4 hour stay. Suffice to say I will not use this carpark again.

No where to pay. I trusted I could pay later online. It kept blocking me. After 2 hours of trying I gave up.
Now I'll have to pay a £60 fine!!!!! Proper scam to get your money. Beware!!!!! NCP never again.

Really expensive. We could barely get a wheelchair in the lift, and the disabled lift was out of order, with the result we had to play chicken with oncoming traffic to get out of the car park. There was no way to push the wheelchair back up the ramp, meaning I had to leave a disabled person unattended late at night to fetch the car. When we exited the car park, there was a small sign informing patrons that the disabled lift was out of order. Helpful - not. Would not use this car park again.

Price they're charging for this place should be criminal. Plenty of signs instructing how to pay but no prices of charges per hour anywhere . A short 3h trip to the new theatre to watch a show cost us £19.95 . Avoid like the plague and go park in St davids. Where a whole 24h only costs £5 more

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this car park. The ANPR system didn't work properly and I could not pay for my parking. There was no staff on site to assist me and the web chat was unhelpful. The price is a joke as well 0 stars

Good location but DO NOT USE! £25 for 4 hours! Far more expensive than other car parks in the area. Prices not displayed in the car park. Total rip off. Never parking there again.

Well we park our car last night Sunday 5th Feb to see a show in the Grand theatre Cardiff, we parked there due to my Elderly Mother and her mobility issues. Only afterwards to find how RIDICULOUS THE PRICE WAS TO PARK £19.80 FOR JUST OVER 4HRS .ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO CHARGE THS STUPID PRICE. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE PARKING HERE AGAIN . WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A STAR VERY Angry. ALSO SMELT OF URINE IN THE LIFT
