Unprofessional, Poor quality of work, No Service at all after Sales......

I am really amazed by your quick response on the review from your very busy schedule.
Because whenever we asked you to fix our problem you didn’t have time even to talk.
This kind of response is expected in work and service also not just only to gain points online.
You took almost 35 days to decide by the time whole sheet came down.
As you mentioned we are claiming something which is not covered in warranty.
Let me be clear you we were not asking you to replace anything. It was a small labor work which needed to be glued and fixed.
Secondly you said you haven’t done that work.
So how your people opened the half portion of sign board without touching the other half which was attached with the letters.
And since that work was not done properly by your people at that time, Hence this problem arise.

Now tell me where you find hard work and quality in your company.

they are quick in giving quotation and great in delivering the product and they take ownership for their work.
