I was staying in Butterfly building Maysaloon for 4 years, but since last two years the maintenance of the building is not up to the standard at all, & the Sewa bills are very high year by year due to Old AC outdoors and narrow spacing to air suction. Also Arrogant staffs sitting at office not even bothered about the tenants concerns. So i decided to leave. My friend who lives there for more than 6 years, now he also decided to leave due to ignorance to existing tenants.

We had contract with Faisal Holding and I found Mr. Ernick very annoying, he never attend the calls and telling that I am busy. I will try to contact owner of the Faisal Holding & request to replace this guy.

Mr Aman who works there and who is mostly interacting with the customers and existing tenants is very arrogant in nature...

He will respond properly when you go to see the property for the first time till you become their tenant, once you are the tenant, he will not respond your calls and if you counter question him,he will behave in a very arrogant manner...This particular person has attitude issue...

Otherwise other staff is nice .
