RUN AWAY!!!! Nathan was incredibly arrogant, aggressive and had a bullish approach. He INSISTED I say i was going to buy the car before i took it for a test drive. He repeatedly kept saying "so are you going to buy it??!!" even though i had arrived 2 mins earlier and hadn't even turned the vehicle on. His desperation to sell was evident, and it's THE most unprofessional experience i've ever come across. I could go on and explain my horrible experience in detail, but he's not worth it.

Fantastic service from Felbridge Car Company.
I have now purchased and sold a car with help from the owner Nathan and would highly recommend the company. Every aspect of my dealings with Nathan and the company have been very professional. I was regularly kept up to date and nothing was too much trouble. A very helpful, reliable and fantastic local company. If only the same could be said for a main dealer!! Very happy customer.

I will start with the dealer; extremely experienced, knows what he's talking about, knows his cars and his way around them. Provides an extremely warm and welcoming service that I have not seen anywhere else. Far better than any main dealer or independent dealer I have visited.

He offers a comprehensive warranty from Warranty wise (trusted) with the cars, 6 month by standard, covers pretty much everything non wearable and you can take an extended period off him at an extra fee; I took out two years. He also carries out a service on the car on the day, or the day before purchase to provide that extra piece of mind and ensure that everything is as it should.

I purchased a Polo GTI which was in great condition and well looked after (and nice and clean for me to pick up), given a full demo of everything I need to know which was useful. I would consider making my next vehicle purchase from Felbridge Car Company just for the service (whenever that may be) and would highly recommend

We purchased a car from felbridge car company very recently. Be warned engines are pressure washed (causing further undetected problems) before sale and aftercare is shocking. You cant get hold of the owner he never calls back and his mechanic is a part timer. Do not part with your money if he has promised to get things fixed because it wont get done and you will be stuck with the very large bill. Bad service and very miss leading, such a disappointment after an initial friendly service... a shame and dont be fooled.

I recently purchased a BMW and dealt with Nathan who was very professional in his approach. Their was no pushy salesman to contend with and it was a pleasure to do business with Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I would recommend this company.

Like many other reviews, I have been immensely impressed with the high level of customer service and professionalism provided by Nathan. Even once you've driven your new pride and joy off the forecourt, nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

Very pleased indeed with my car, and the customer service I have received. I left it a year to add this review, as wanted to see if my car was still running as well a year later. And I'm very lazy at doing reviews!
But I'm very happy and would would buy from Felbridge Car Company again, and also recommend to family and friends

From the very first time I spoke to Nathan at Felbridge car company on the phone, to us driving away in the car we purchased, he went out of his way to make sure my every need was met and every query I had was answered, honestly and positivly leaving us feeling extremely pleased with the service and our new car. 100% recommend
