The building is too old and very obvious from the finishings inside the corridors and the flat. The management/maintenance is also very bad as the betterhomes supervisor is rude and never in the interest of tenants. The reason why many tenants are leaving and many flats are vacant at the moment!
The gym doesn’t work. The elevators are few for a building of this size leading to long waiting times. Recently there have been water problems in the building leading to supply cuts and so much inconvenience to the tenants.
The phone signals are very bad in the corridors and no signals in the elevators.
Apart from all the above stated problems, the only positive is the location (near Qasbah) and the view. Would you let go all the problems for these positives??? Personally I would not. We deserve better living conditions for the rent paid. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Very old and maintenance very bad
Gym and pool very poor and useless
Owner always deduct most of the deposit with no reason
Only the view is nice

Nice flat design
Poor elevators (3 for the whole 40 floors beside one for furniture) and it’s always one in Maintenence
Maintenance is very poor , corridors marble is very bad and dirty
Lack of gym (always closed for long and poor maintenence
Too much overpriced

Parking (floors 1-7) is well designed so easy to use and elevators are relatively fast.
Lights in the apartments are economy type and A/C overall really good (and free).
On the downside:
Maintenance is poor and needs improvement badly.
There is no sound insulation between apartments.
It is surrounded by unpaved areas and incomplete buildings generating dust.
If you need to walk anywhere, crossing streets with no pedestrian crossings is often a nightmare.
Level of maintenance is poor (for example, the room dedicated to the gym is so abandoned that no-one is using it, while the swim pool is nothing worth experiencing).
Comments you may read about the owner in other reviews here are correct, he cares to collect but never give.
Moreover, BETTERHOMES management is poor and not protecting the interest of neither the owner nor the tenant (if the apartment has something missing when you move in, they will have you pay to get it and pay again to restore it back when you move out, with the story repeated with the next tenant etc.).
And when the time for the refund comes, expect unjustified cuts and delays...

1- back entrance has bad smells as it is near from garbage room
2- 24/7 noise for the flats which are near to the lifts so you will never sleep deeply
3- when you decide to leave, The operator will never return back your whole deposit. They will cut some amount against the normal use such as paint, kitchen cupboard and more.
4- full of cockroach
5- Gym/ swimming pool are bad.
