Is there option to give 0. I didn't use my credit card since many years and the latest transaction failed. When I carlled the call centre they said, there's a temporary block and need to visit branch. This statement also had 2 issues. First is why for removing block wet bed to visit branch and can't be done online with pin verification and/or secret questions. Second that came out to be wrong information. Post visit the branch, came to know card was cancelled by them. How can a financial institution block a credit card without giving customer warnings for cancelation of no transaction done either through SMS or email. Second, post cancelation, I didn't get any email or SMS that card is canceled. Lastly or send that manager or officer who informed me didn't have any sense of customer service of how to retain or provide solution to get the credit card activated or providing a new credit card. It seems they are paid only to answer our questions and not to help the customers!!! Absolutely pathetic organization and service

Worst credit card Worst service. Charging insane amount of interest for every little thing. Their salesman Sohail begged me to take their card so he can make some commission and save his job. But this Worst company stealing money in interest. Run a mile away from them.

worst experience, i m badly looking for someone who can help me in customer service. i finished paying my loan in credit card one year back and they are still charging the same installment. seriously if there is anyone who can get me out of this mess during my difficult days ?? deserve not a single star

This rating is for both the Finance House and the building, as I live there.

1. I've both been FH' client back in 2010. A bit harsh but generally, they're ok.

2. Our building has the best layouts but could use a shade at the pool, more equipment at the gym and more maintenance services at the flats, all of which were promised but not delivered.

Beware of the Alligator Masquerading as a Handy Log! I had been a client of Fin. House Credit card since March, 2007. until my company went bust when I was on leave from my company in Dubai. Used the card for 3 transactions as my regular card wasn't processed on swiping... in Mumbai. Value terms would be less than $100.....in fact approximately about 200-250 Dhs. I Come back to Dxb after nearly 3years and shocked to discover a criminal suit slapped against me for a princely amount of Dh.9500!! They can't/won't furnish break-up of my 'Consumed' Liability to the 'Vulture Liability'! And they have nonchalantly asked me to cough up or face the music! VULTURE BANKING PERSONIFIED!

Please don't go for this company's credit card. They have brought a cheque from me for the security and gave me a credit limit of 9,000 AED. Now they have reduced my credit limit to 5,000 AED without even noticing me.

Worst banking service I have ever seen.

it's a fraud banking they will charge you however they want as they wish, customer service also not good hundred times if you call they will answer you 1 time and then without speaking they will disconnect.

Bad customer service. One hour a day for receiving claims. Not convenient at all.
