Adjustment of my booking was explained in detailed as I had to rebook of my 2nd stay here.
Excellent staff & helped us whenever required.
Location is wonderful. Near Masjid, restaurants & all range of price markets like night to night shopping is really fantastic situated near by to the hotel

Stayed there for one month along with my family while I started a new job. I rented the apartment through third party agency who had a contract with the hotel.

Apartments were quite big with lots of space but furniture was very basic and old. Bathrooms and kitchen were also very basic with old appliances which hardly in working condition.

Lots of disturbance as so many people ringing door bell who were supposed to go some other room. We had this problem almost every other morning.

Room service was okay but always have to struggle with towels and toiletries. Cleaners always complain that they don't get enough supplies from the company to cater for the rooms.

We rented a two bedroom apartment and I literally had to beg and fight to get one additional Access card because they insist to give me only one access card.

Location is a bit convinient between Nesto market and Sahara Mall and very close to Dubai border which you can cross on foot.

Management is very poor and it's almost impossible to get something if you request them only one time... You have to beg and fight for it. Like I have to ask for an iron and iron board and after several requests I got the iron but not iron board and then again after several requests over the period of one week, they have me iron board which was so small that I initially thought that may be it's just a toy.

Restaurant was also not very good and they always insist of cash payment instead of card payments.

Service poor - calling reception, they telling you nonstop No Problem No Problem - but you have to remain them , room service starting from 09:00 am, sometimes your room will done at 04:00 or even 05:00 PM ???? - was there With my Family - only 1 Plate + 1 knife or spoon in the room , swimming Pool under maintain, maybe Long time

Hopeless Service. Trying to get an invoice for my previous stay and the response is just Zero. Tried calling up and speaking to a lady today and she just said call later and hung up. Such pathetic service in a hotel industry. Worst customer service ever seen.

It was a great experience staying in this hotel specially we get good service from the receptionist of the hotel name ms.Feryel.. we really love to comeback again and stay in his hotel

Worst experience ever. Staff at reception have too much attitude and arrogance Service was poor. When i ask for water bottles in the room the lady who did my check in ask me to go to super market and buy. Sambul was the name of lady with full of attitude. No towels, slippers and tissue in the room. After asking for it u get very few. Dark rooms. Bath shower was not working properly.
